The temple which bears the name of Taisen Deshimaru (‘Great Sage’) opened its doors in 2002. This is the place for everyday practice in Budapest. Since the establishment of the temple there has been everyday morning and evening zazen practice without interruption. Our master Yvon Myoken Bec also gives teaching here.

Each zazen is open for everyone, anyone can join. When coming for the first time, please arrive half an hour earlier for introduction to zazen and general rules of the dojo. You will not need any special equipment, just make sure you have comfortable, dark clothes.

Directions:
From Örs vezér tere you can get to the temple by bus 244, 144 or 174, taking off at the Batthyány utca stop. Coming from Bosnyák tér, take the bus 277 until the Rákosi út stop.
